KeepFormatTranslate PDFs & images,
keep the original format
PDFs keep their layout (bank statements for visas); images keep their exact look while the text is translated.
Originals are masked and redrawn in place — numbers, prices and layout stay pixel-aligned. Works for both PDFs and images.

Frequently asked questions
Will translating my PDF change its layout or formatting?
No. KeepFormat reads each text span in place — position, font size, color — translates it, masks the original, and redraws the translation at the exact same coordinates. Tables, columns, watermarks and QR codes stay exactly where they were.
Can I use this to translate a bank statement for a visa application?
Yes — it's the main use case. Numbers, dates and account numbers are left untouched since they contain no text to translate, so amounts stay pixel-aligned with the original columns. Anti-counterfeit watermarks are kept by default.
Do I get a bilingual version to double-check the translation?
Every PDF job produces both a translated-only version and a side-by-side bilingual version, so you (or an official reviewing your visa file) can compare each line against the source text.
What's the difference between this and other PDF translators?
Most PDF translators (including BabelDOC, which we used to rely on) re-flow the page, which drops columns and loses table structure on dense documents like bank statements. KeepFormat translates in place instead, so dense tables and multi-column layouts are preserved exactly.
