3. Accounts & Credits

You need an account to use the Service. Translations consume credits, which may be provided free of charge, purchased, or included with a subscription. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable, except where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or infringes the rights of others;
• Attempt to forge, alter, or misrepresent official documents (e.g. bank statements, identity or visa documents) for deceptive purposes;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to the files you upload. You represent that you have the right to upload and translate the content you submit, and you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

6. Translation Accuracy — Important Disclaimer

Translations are generated automatically using AI models and are provided "as is", without any guarantee of accuracy or completeness. Automated translation can make mistakes, including with names, numbers, dates, and amounts.

If a translated document will be submitted for an official, legal, visa, immigration, financial, or other high-stakes purpose, you are solely responsible for reviewing it and, if needed, obtaining a certified human translation. We are not liable for any consequences arising from reliance on a translation produced by the Service.

7. Payments

If paid plans are offered, prices will be displayed at checkout. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments for credits or subscriptions are non-refundable once a translation has been processed.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
